About Tricia Noyola
Tricia Noyola is a nationally respected education leader, executive coach, and systems strategist with nearly two decades of experience transforming schools, scaling networks, and advancing equity-centered leadership. Most recently, Tricia served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP), where she led the successful merger of two major charter networks and positioned RMP as the highest-performing school system in Denver. Under her leadership, RMP doubled academic performance in math, posted the fastest growth in SAT scores in the city, improved staff retention by 13 points during a merger year, and achieved a $4.5 million surplus through strategic investment and operational discipline.
Tricia began her career as a teacher in the Rio Grande Valley and remains committed to the transformative power of public education. Her work has consistently centered on the brilliance of students and families from historically marginalized communities.
She is the founder of Tricia Noyola Consulting, where she partners with school systems, nonprofits, foundations, and executive leaders to navigate complexity, lead change, and design high-impact organizations. Her areas of focus include strategic planning, leadership coaching, organizational transformation, academic improvement, literacy, and merger integration.
