About Tricia Noyola
Tricia Noyola is a nationally respected education leader, executive coach, and systems strategist with nearly two decades of experience transforming schools, scaling networks, and advancing equity-centered leadership.
Most recently, Tricia served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP), where she led the successful merger of two major charter networks and positioned RMP as the highest-performing school system in Denver. Under her leadership, RMP doubled academic performance in math, posted the fastest growth in SAT scores in the city, improved staff retention by 13 points during a merger year, and achieved a $4.5 million surplus through strategic investment and operational discipline.
Before RMP, Tricia held senior leadership roles at IDEA Public Schools, one of the nation’s most prominent charter networks. As Executive Director of IDEA Austin, she expanded the region from 4 to 16 schools, achieving 100% college acceptance for graduates and consistently earning 90% or higher “A” or “B” ratings across campuses.
Tricia began her career as a teacher in the Rio Grande Valley and remains committed to the transformative power of public education.
